Go to kloob.app/login. First time? Enter your email and a new password and you're set up.
Fill in your name and phone number.
A hive is your workspace where your notes and tasks live.
Click the hive icon to the right of the search bar at the top. Here you can manage members and settings.
Add team members by phone number (email also works, but phone is preferred). Optionally assign them a role. They'll get a text confirmation.
Click the yellow "new" button. Choose "note" to freeform type, or upload existing notes from Google Drive. Markdown is supported.
There's a big button at the bottom-left inside a note to start voice recording. Select a tab to share, then allow microphone access. We capture both tab audio and your mic.
After uploading or recording your notes, a purple button ("generate tasks") appears to the right. Make sure your hive panel is closed. kloob extracts action items with owners and due dates.
kloob texts each person via SMS — no app, no login. They get: "kloob: Sarah — new task 'Book venue', due Fri. Reply DONE when finished."
Reply DONE to complete or STOP to opt out. That's the loop.
